Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We use BlueJeans to connect with users within and outside of our company. We are set up for about 5 users and use BlueJeans rooms. We conduct about 40 meetings per month.

- Customer support is very helpful
- It is the most seamless system we've found for rooms
- We purchased our own computer for rooms and it failed. Customer support had to send us a NUC.
- Integrating with MS SSO was difficult and the guide was out of date.
- It has simplified the process of connecting with people outside of our company.
- It has made scheduling meetings easier via the Outlook plugin.
- It has allowed us to quickly and seamlessly enter meetings via Rooms.
- Zoom and RingCentral
The user experience was significantly better. The video quality and seamlessness were unmatched. We are very happy about switching over.
