Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

BlueJeans is mainly used in our organisation for board-level or customer-facing video conferencing. This means it is used across a wide spread of the business, but not by everyone. However, our board/exec team love it and the customisation options mean it's great for customer-facing meetings too.

  • Has had a definite impact on board level meetings, meaning no-one has to miss anything as they can dial in from pretty much anywhere and be seen/heard
  • Great impact at customer level as staff are able to promote the company better using video and sharing tools
  • Money saved on travel is always a bonus too!
Joining a meeting is clear and straightforward, however not always easy for 'non-techies' as I have previously mentioned.
Integration with dedicated room systems is great (we use Polycom RealPresence 500 for instance). Also works well with multiple endpoints.
Would not recommend for internal meetings though, especially if your company is already using Skype/Teams or similar.
