Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BlueJeans is used across the organization. HR, IT and Corporate use it the most. It's a very useful tool to the organization, as well as helps reduce the overall travel cost of the organization. If you don't have it consider it.
- Absolutely easy to use for the first time
- I like BlueJeans very much as it is very simple to use. It allows connectivity on both desktop and mobile.
- I like how it has features that I like. For example it is able to sync with the cameras in the meeting rooms and for large meetings
- It took people a while to get used to it and the ease of use is pretty poor compared to other video conferencing systems
- Could have an onboarding strategy for users (training)
- People are often confused by the name BlueJeans and think those are jeans
- People are having more face to face meetings and are able to see the emotional expressions
- Created better synergies within different departments
- People have an easy way to reach out to people at all times
- People can connect from anywhere thus reducing traveling costs
Compares well to WebEx but pricing is better on WebEx. For the rest it's much better.
