Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

BlueJeans is used across the organization. HR, IT and Corporate use it the most. It's a very useful tool to the organization, as well as helps reduce the overall travel cost of the organization. If you don't have it consider it.
  • Absolutely easy to use for the first time
  • I like BlueJeans very much as it is very simple to use. It allows connectivity on both desktop and mobile.
  • I like how it has features that I like. For example it is able to sync with the cameras in the meeting rooms and for large meetings
  • It took people a while to get used to it and the ease of use is pretty poor compared to other video conferencing systems
  • Could have an onboarding strategy for users (training)
  • People are often confused by the name BlueJeans and think those are jeans
  • People are having more face to face meetings and are able to see the emotional expressions
  • Created better synergies within different departments
  • People have an easy way to reach out to people at all times
  • People can connect from anywhere thus reducing traveling costs
Compares well to WebEx but pricing is better on WebEx. For the rest it's much better.
Hard to get used to at the beginning but easy to use after a couple of tries.
Web conferencing and conference calling are working great
