Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BlueJeans is used by our entire company. It is used by our sales, engineering, marketing, legal, finance, HR, IT, and customer support organizations. As a global company, BlueJeans lets us stay in contact with our colleagues in all of our offices, as well as interact with our customers. It is integrated into our room systems, and employees also use it directly on their laptops.
- Strong "system in a box" solution with Dolby Voice Rooms.
- Cross-platform with support for room systems, Mac, Windows, and mobile devices.
- The Mac OS app could be optimized to use fewer system resources.
- Image fidelity of screen sharing could be improved.
- Better support for Bluetooth headphones/microphones (can be quite buggy and frustrating when moving between meetings)
- BlueJeans has reduced travel costs and enabled better cross-office communication.
- Zoom, Webex Meetings and GoToMeeting
BlueJeans was selected as it was the superior option at the time as far as cost, integration, and ease of use.
