Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We use BlueJeans for all of our conferencing needs. The video quality is top-notch, the conferencing system is easy to use, and the customer support is very accessible. I especially appreciate the ability to set up video calls for "one-touch joining" as it saves so much time and planning in my day.

- Great customer service throughout the purchasing process AND continually now whenever we have questions
- Some of the initial set up is a bit involved i.e. integrating with google calendar
- Led to more productive meetings and more face time
