Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
Bluejeans is currently being used by most teams within the organization that I am a part of. Most teams use it for the screen sharing capabilities with both internal and client calls. The business problem it addresses is being able to hold meetings and demos when people are in different locations around the world.
- It is simple to use
- I am able to pick my own conference number
- Screensharing is fairly intuitive
- There have been times where I haven't been able to connect to BlueJeans on my computer.
- I can't seem to find out how to change settings so there is a sound when someone has joined the meeting.
- BlueJeans can be slow on my computer sometimes.
- Saved money on travel.
- Made meetings more productive.
- Reduced need to call internationally.
BlueJeans was a little cheaper than the other options available. The cost was the primary reason for selecting BlueJeans. Join.me was the previous software that we used at the company and we had some issues with being very slow to load at times while having our meetings at the company.
