Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We use Bluejeans to connect legacy H.323 systems in our three offices. These meetings are twice a week and run for multiple hours a piece. The biggest users are these legacy rooms, however, when folks are traveling they can call into these meetings remotely. We also use it in a limited fashion for other meetings.
Pros
- Handles latency or any dropped packets very well.
- Has a great testing room if you need to send to an external party to confirm it works in advance.
- Service is very reliable, not many outages in the 6 years we used it.
Cons
- Price is high compared to other options.
- Not as many other organizations use BlueJeans so you are limited in connecting at times.
- Fewer dropped calls meant more time for the actual meeting so folks were more productive.
- Since users that were traveling could still join important meetings remotely, it allowed fewer absences.
- Zoom
BlueJeans has better integration with legacy H.323 systems.
