Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We use BlueJeans across the entire organization for meetings/events, hosting online sales demos, communicating with teams and across the entire organization. It's used daily in conducting our business.
- Easily add it into a meeting invite
- Ability to record session
- Quality of meeting is good
- Most companies do not utilize and think they need to download an application
- Sometimes companies are not able to launch application because it's blocked from a security standpoint.
- Sometimes BlueJeans just doesn't launch or work properly.
- Connecting with internal teams is easier.
- Working remotely and feeling more connected to the organization
- Ability to host virtual meetings to conduct and rollout new accounts
We use this, and I've been a participant in these Town Halls, webinars, and online trainings and it seems to work well for this purpose.
I have not utilized this feature.

Zoom actually seems easier and more companies are utilizing it. It doesn't get denied by company security settings as it's more widely accepted.
