Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BlueJeans has become our corporate standard for staff meetings, internal trainings, and interviews. At this point, it's being used !by Student Services, Advising, IT, Human Resources, and especially Workforce Services. We have four campuses--using BlueJeans means that staff meetings, which used to have everyone drive from all locations, can save time (up to an hour each-way per campus) and money (no travel expenditures), plus have recordings of meetings! It has been really good for our organization!

- Handles groups of up to 20 easily
- Love the whiteboarding features!
- Would like an easy private chat feature
- Android client could be more robust
- Money saved on travel is huge (each staff meeting for one department alone saves 300.00!)
- Better training outcomes than just conference calls
- Better interviews versus phone calls
- More personal interaction between administration and staff
Compared to the other products we have evaluated, BlueJeans was an easy choice. We have used Skype previously (and piloted Skype for Business), we looked at WebEx and also Zoom. We liked Zoom, but found BlueJeans pricing better. WebEx was more cumbersome and didn't like their bandwidth needs (although the 'requirements' and what actually works were different). BlueJeans (via Florida LambdaRail) was exactly what we needed.
