We use BlueJeans to have meetings not only internally, but externally as well. This also allows us to setup meetings for people to use on a wide variety of platforms and technology types. The process of creating meetings is also very simple, with integrated tools that talk directly to your Outlook calendar.

- Simple process of creating meetings and inviting attendees.
- A good ability to deploy the software to users throughout the organisation.
- The application is missing a few features that would be handy.
- No ability to sync your meetings with the Outlook App calendar on your phone.
- Can be expensive.
- It has given us a common meeting platform across the organisation.
- It has enabled people to have meetings and not require to travel interstate.
- It has enabled greater collaboration between teams.
We selected BlueJeans because we were able to roll it out quickly, without having to setup too much infrastructure in the back end.
