Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

We use BlueJeans to have meetings not only internally, but externally as well. This also allows us to setup meetings for people to use on a wide variety of platforms and technology types. The process of creating meetings is also very simple, with integrated tools that talk directly to your Outlook calendar.

  • No ability to sync your meetings with the Outlook App calendar on your phone.

  • It has given us a common meeting platform across the organisation.
  • It has enabled people to have meetings and not require to travel interstate.
  • It has enabled greater collaboration between teams.
We selected BlueJeans because we were able to roll it out quickly, without having to setup too much infrastructure in the back end.
We starting using BlueJeans, to allow a common meeting platform to be used across the organisation. It gave us the ability to have meetings on our room based Polycom systems, as well as at each desktop, enterprise mobile device as well as tablets and phones. It connects really easily to SSO solutions like Microsoft Azure, so that the users have a consistent login across the board. It is fairly easy to deploy across an organisation and connects into the users Outlook calendars fairly seamlessly.
It doesn't do Teams like meetings (a group of people to chat and collaborate during the day) and there are some limitations with the desktop application, which I am sure are being developed in time.
