Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

We use it across the whole organization. It is our one source of communication between local teams and our offshore teams in India. We use it for conference calls and really any meeting we have throughout the day and week.

Pros

  • Connectivity
  • Features such as the ability to turn off video and mic easily.
  • Share screen works well.
  • Integration with MS Outlook for quick meeting setups.

Cons

  • The biggest complaint is when I'm hosting a meeting and the bar above cannot be moved! I really wish this was unlocked where it could be moved to the bottom of my screen or side.
  • Money saved on travel.
  • More face to face meetings offshore.
  • Used to train new hires during Covid.
BlueJeans is more polished as a product and user-friendly.
Very likely. I've used other programs out there and I like BlueJeans a lot more. It feels more polished.
