Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BlueJeans has been used by our organisation for the past few years and we've found it to be a fully stable environment to hold multi-user conferences. It has become even more vital in the time of COVID and we continue to rely on it as our preferred platform.

- In-call chat could be better. No files are able to be sent during chats, only links
- Latency on low bandwidth calls could be improved
- Not having to download the app on mobile or dekstop to make a call

Our organisation has certainly benefitted from having more cohesive daily standups for the whole team working across the product.
