Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

BlueJeans has been used by our organisation for the past few years and we've found it to be a fully stable environment to hold multi-user conferences. It has become even more vital in the time of COVID and we continue to rely on it as our preferred platform.

Pros

  • Platform stability
  • Quality of calls
  • Video latency

Cons

  • In-call chat could be better. No files are able to be sent during chats, only links
  • Latency on low bandwidth calls could be improved
  • Not having to download the app on mobile or dekstop to make a call
  • BlueJeans enabled simple remote working for employees across multiple continents.
  • BlueJeans connected our sales team with leads globally.
BlueJeans is certainly one of the most stable conference calling platforms we have used.
It's well suited for team conference calls.

Multi-room chats are not supported.
