Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We use BlueJeans daily. With COVID-19, we have moved to a virtual office environment. We start each day with an operations meeting hosted by BlueJeans. We use it as a webinar tool so we can all view the task we are working on, discuss each task, and prioritize based on importance.
- Video works well
- Great sound
- Ease of use
- Not sure why this is better than Google Hangouts Meet.
- Would like to have a different URL for each meeting so nobody uninvited joins early.
- Better desktop controls
- Money saved on travel
- Money saved on competitive product
- More productive meetings
Although GoToMeeting has more features and probably benefits. We were looking to save money and switched to BlueJeans. Interestingly enough, GoToMeeting did offer us a discount once we told them who we were switching to, but to us that frustrated us even more. If they can be more competitive with price they need to do that before we switch. I'm glad our Verizon rep had us try BlueJeans.
