Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
With the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, we had to move all of our business meetings, bible study, prayer groups, and fellowship groups, into an online platform. I used BlueJeans with another larger organization in the past with a positive experience. I knew I could trust BlueJeans with the private information of the people I serve. There was no question about installing BlueJeans as our primary online platform to connect the congregation during this difficult time. BlueJeans has allowed out congregation to stay connected while being under shelter in place orders and to help us grow participation in those groups from other places across the world.
- It never freezes even though we live in a place with limited internet connectivity.
- It is easy to set up meetings within the platform.
- The seamless and easy way to include backgrounds to hide my messy office.
- The chat room is easy to us.
- I don't have any issues with the platform.
- BlueJeans has allowed us to stay connected as a faith family.
- BlueJeans has allowed us to connect with people we ordinarily wouldn't be able to.
- Since we are able to stay connected, we are able to maintain our financial giving.

I prefer BlueJeans. Zoom has had issues with security and I don't want to take any chances with people's security.
