Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings
I use BlueJeans as a consultant with a number of firms. I use it both 1:1 as well as with teams occasionally.
- Easy scheduling
- Audio generally good, particularly on 1:1 settings.
- Interface simple and easy to use.
- In group meetings, the organizer photo is fixed on the bottom, often covering a participant's video and preventing you from controlling their mute button— frustrating.
- Audio with multiple participants is sometimes problematic, not sure if this is connection/bandwidth with a particular participant or not.
- Grow network effect of BlueJeans. Most people aren't aware of it and you will encounter "first-time user" challenges sometimes.
- Good solution during Covid.
- Strong one to one audio far better than telephone conversations.

Comparable. The audio may be better. Also, I was concerned about security with Zoom.
