Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to collaborate with my small international team of contractors. We have weekly meetings and other video calls as necessary. Additionally, I will provide video call consultations with customers from time to time. Recently, I've been gathering bi-weekly with a group of business leaders - we are all taking the same program and have success calls to encourage each other to reach higher.

Pros and Cons

Solid platform.
Many features helpful for business collaboration.
Virtual backgrounds.
Recurring meeting scheduling.

Integration with project management tools (Trello, Ora, etc.).
More virtual backgrounds for situational diversity.
Easier edits of recurring meeting series, specifically changing dates and/or frequency.

Ease of Use

I have had no trouble activating BlueJeans on my Apple laptop, and it has been easy to use with all customers and business leader collaborators. In fact, more smoothly than when originating with other platforms. I have not used the mobile app, but I'd assume it runs smoothly based on the quality platform BlueJeans offers for my laptop device. Rarely do I have to coach others through getting into the meeting.

Audio Quality

The BlueJeans audio quality is similar to other platforms. However, I notice fewer snafus. Additionally, I seem to be able to gather with larger groups without audio friction. Using mute for individuals helps, and there are fewer interruptions to my meetings on BlueJeans.

* GoToMeeting & Webinar (BlueJeans offers same or better).
* Zoom (BlueJeans tends to offer better + I don't like their politics).
* Google Hangouts (BlueJeans offers FAR better).
* Skype (BlueJeans offers more).
* Join.me (BlueJeans offers much better).

Others, but so long ago I don't remember their names.

Likelihood to Recommend

BlueJeans is very user-friendly for solopreneurs and small businesses with small to medium teams. Also community organizations where people can meet virtually to exchange ideas. I don't know how well it is working for large companies, as that has not been my experience. But I know several other social media agency owners using BlueJeans and we all agree it is a top platform.
