Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings

BlueJeans is used by our organization to conduct virtual meetings between departments, and to do virtual presentations to parents and children enrolled in our programs. I'm not sure which teams use it the most. BlueJeans addresses the problem of current social distancing requirements due to COVID.
  • Scheduling BlueJeans meetings is easy.
  • Sending the invites is difficult and intuitive.
  • The general operation of BlueJeans is not intuitive.
  • People have difficulty operating the program.
  • Re-implementation of juvenile programs during the pandemic.

BlueJeans is only average compared to Zoom. I had no choice in selecting BlueJeans, but if I had a say I would not have selected it.
BlueJeans is well suited anywhere a virtual presentation would be appropriate. Virtual meetings in general are less appropriate since face-to-face meetings are more productive.

Using BlueJeans Meetings

16 - I really don't know how many people in our organization use BlueJeans Meetings, so I just used the number of people in our department. They are counselors and police officers.
  • To conduct our juvenile related programs and provide ongoing services to At Risk Youth during the COVID pandemic.
  • Possibly conduct out-of-state applicant interviews.
I have no say in this. But if I did, I would say that i gave it a 1 because of the difficulty it took to learn to use it. Zoom was much more intuitive.

  • There's nothing elegant. The easiest function is the "on demand" meeting.
  • Scheduling meetings.
For people joining meetings, it is relatively simple. For people setting up meetings, it is more difficult.

What is scalability?
Although I do not consider BlueJeans user friendly, I have never had an issue with its availability.
I have never had to generate a report from BlueJeans.
