Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings

BlueJeans is used across our organization as the main video conferencing and meeting tool. It connects our different team members together seamlessly across multiple locations and devices. We use it extensively in our meeting rooms and for connecting external third parties. Also very useful for broadcast meetings and screen sharing.

It has a better feature set but isn't as well integrated with respect to notifications as Teams is. Performance seems to be better than on other platforms. Cross-platform use is exceptional. The interface is clunky compared to other tools such as Teams, but there are distinct advantages, such as two windows of screen sharing and viewing participants.
When you need one solution that can support all types of interactivity, ie phone, desktop, mobile, meeting room TVs, etc. It is well suited when we have different parties connecting via different devices. We can have participants dialing in, some in meeting rooms and some via laptops.
