Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use BlueJeans for video conference calls and demo calls for QuickBooks and Live Bookkeeping. It is also used for viewing the current solution a customer may be using and then we position our solution in it's place to show the simpler method. It has been used alongside Zoom as well to see which performs better.

I'd say Zoom and BlueJeans are pretty similar in presentation and approach. I think if I had to choose I'd stay with BlueJeans.

Likelihood to Recommend

We used BlueJeans for a lot of demos. We'd get a screen share going and view just how the customer was navigating the system. We could have a bookkeeper call in and actually demo the service and describe the product. Having the customer see us was a huge confidence builder for them AND us.
