Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings
BlueJeans Meetings were briefly used by my service line within the organization (research & insights team) to conduct client interviews. Its advantage over other competing services such as Zoom is that it comes with clearer audio sound (Dolby capabilities) and the promise of greater confidentiality. Moreover, it has superior customer support and allows transcription in real-time.
- Superior sound - much more clearer than competition
- Good customer service - very prompt in solving queries
- Excellent functionalities - easy screen sharing, polling, Q&A, file share
- User experience can be improved
- Not as popular as Zoom and MS Teams, which most large organizations have
- Does not work as well on Apple devices
- Pricing is very competitive - good for smaller organizations as well
- Enhanced collaboration - leading to better outcomes
- Enhanced teaming - leading to improving morale

Superior to Zoom and MS Teams in terms of audio and video quality. Can improve when it comes to product awareness (since both Zoom and MS Teams are far ahead in terms of adoption).
