Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings
It is used to conduct meetings, deliver lectures, host webinars, and conferences, and is used by the entire university for all of its needs. We utilize it for all of our virtual needs, and it helped us transition to virtual learning when the pandemic first occurred. Many departments also utilize other options, but BlueJeans is the main option for both our students and staff.

BlueJeans stacks up comparably to other services. It does lack in some areas compared to others, particularly Zoom, which is more widely used, but BlueJeans had been used for quite some time by the University and offered the feature set and accessibility that we were looking for. If BlueJeans continues to add the features and improvements to help it better compete with Zoom, it will be a very good product relative to the competition.
