Overall Satisfaction with Board
Fidelity being a Financial Services organization and Mutual Fund manufacturing and distribution company, uses Board for two prominent use cases: 1. Financial Statement Reporting for Regulatory Needs for Europe and UK Business 2. Used by the Quality Assurance team to track Quality metrics which can be drilled down to monitor the performance of any specific team/individual. Quality Team has its data coming in from various sources (like excel, Jira, etc.), which is visualized and used to obtain insights using Board.
- Board can handle huge amounts of data. It provides the cloud database and Premise Database choice to the customers/users.
- Easy connectivity/integration to a variety of data sources like Excel, CSV, Oracle, SQL, etc.
- Variety of Reports and data visualisation capabilities.
- Missing Inbuilt scheduler for tasks. Need to import tasks.
- Should support multiple pricing models as per company size.
- Security/Authentication process and structure is a bit complex to figure out.
