Overall Satisfaction with Bombora

Bombora has enabled us to have much more granular intent search behavior amongst the accounts that our Sales teams prospect into. This intent information is shared with Sales so that it aligns both the marketing intelligence + their front-end sales insights in order to paint a better picture of what may be happening in their accounts.
  • Intent topics, as well as the clusters tied to them, have enabled our PMMs to be more granular with specific workloads that are based on industry.
  • The "Account Intent" option within the "Insights" tab allowed us to look specifically into historical data tied to current activities that we were experiencing with that account.
  • I can't think of any other functions right now, as our suggestions have recently been implemented.
  • While ABM is always hard to specifically pinpoint a hard # against, I'd say that Bombora has been a big part of every marketing campaign, ad creation, go-to-market messaging towards x account, Refining Marketing & Sales intelligence from an ABM Function.

I can't speak from the operational side, but our team uses these quite frequently. I'd even go as far as to say daily.
From an ABM function, once you know the specifics of what intent topics you want to list & then on top of that, from a horizontal workloads/vertical perspective, create those topic clusters that fit the mold. Bombora's quality of intent has so far been above average. When I talk to the Sales team & share a lot of what topics are surging that week - often times what we see is the alignment of the data on what is surging for intent to their front-end experience in talking to their customers. We also sometimes experience new discoveries that may be happening at different parts of the account. (Such as different departments)
I haven't used any other, as Bombora has always remained the best in class in my experience.

I'd say that any organization can benefit from having a solution like Bombora listen closely to the intent keywords being used by their prospects. Understanding which topics are relevant towards your business is key to being able to utilize Bombora to the fullest. Bombora's "trends" functionality also can help you in your intent topic creation. Organizations that are looking to refine their intent data can benefit greatly from utilizing Bombora.
