We have used dameware, pc duo, sms, sccm remote connect, pc anywhere, and evaluated log me in and several others. Bomgar utilizes resources better than almost all, is more secure since everything is housed internally, and has the best features. The security was the biggest concern for us that Bomgar addressed.
