Overall Satisfaction
- It's extremely easy to upload files. You just have to drag them to the Box filder on your desktop.
- Detailed revision history makes file tracking very easy.
- It's very easy to search for files. The search functionality is really great. This was a big problem with Sharepoint which was a nightmare to search.
- You can share files with people outside the company. For example, I can share my reports with external reviewers by sending them a link to download the file. I also send files to graphic designers via Box.
- The file sync doesn't always work perfectly. Particularly if there has been a recent product update. Sometimes I upload a file and it disappears. This is usually due to a bug in new versions of the software.
- Box saves us a huge amount of time. We are very distributed and have people working all over the place. Being able to easily collaborate and track all shared files saves us an enormous amount of time. With Box, there are huge efficiency gains.
Product Usage
- We use it as a central file storage system for the whole company so everyone has access. We store all or testing files - everyone uploads their data so the system so that different teams have access to the folders they need. For example, someone writing a report has access to all the testing data files.

It was very easy to learn. Extremely intuitive. Training is not really required.

No - Product is extremely intuitive and we do not need premium support. I've never even logged a support ticket.
