Overall Satisfaction with Box
Box.com was implemented for use by our global sales, business development, marketing and resellers/distributors to share relevant information. Historically, this effort has been difficult due to firewalls, credentialing, etc.
- Collaboration - as a global company this is extremely beneficial and eliminates a constant stream of emails. All our information is on one place.
- Global access
- Document management - Box does a great job of managing document versions/history
- Search -
- Quite frankly, the area where I would love to see some improvement is user management. I'd like to see more data about users (i.e. account creation date) and have a few additional fields like notes.
- Box has definitely increased employee efficiency - given the search feature, the document versioning, and collaboration capabilities.
