Overall Satisfaction with Box
Box is used across the whole organization. We have departments around the world and everyone can access it making it easy to share information that doesn't get lost in transit. It's a convenient place to store files that several employees can access at the same time. It's easy to organize and upload information to Box as well.
- Easy to upload files.
- Easy to keep organized.
- Improve the folder thumbnail image by making it customizable.
- Make "Trash" easier to navigate too, I don't like that I have to go into "More Actions".
- Box has allowed me to share social assets with our European partners for them to upload, improving our ROI worldwide.
Like Google Drive, you can share folders with people, which they can edit.
Unlike Google Drive, you cannot see who is working on it in real-time.
In my opinion, it's easier to use than Google Drive and easier to keep organized.
You can create one main folder to share with lots of subfolders within it. Keep track of images, text, and know when and who made the last edit.
