[The] box is used in my own department for [file-sharing] purposes. Although it is not the only tool [adapted] for use for the purpose, within my organization, it is the file storage tool used by most. By using Box, we are solving most issues related to file storage, file storage security, and very importantly we have made file sharing between employees a lot easier, convenient[,] and seamless.
- File security - Box makes file storage, sharing[,] and collaboration very [secure]. Its modular features such as encryption, data privacy[,] etc make Box one of the best cloud file storage programs when it comes to adhering to file security protocols.
- Electronic signature provisions, which [make] it easier to append signatures to critical business documents.
- Integrations with [day-to-day] applications, which helps us ensure content consistency across different applications we use.
- Box has weak offline capability.
- The lack of a proper Box word documentation program, leaving us to rely on [third-party] software tools to edit and create word documents and then integrate back with Box.
- File synchronization .
- Data encryption and security.
- Electronic signature capability.
- Of course, the obvious will be improved productivity across teams in my organization.
- Faster business contract signing process.
- Data consistency across my organization, regardless of the tools we use. Primarily, thanks to the reliable integration between Box and a lot of in-house software we use.
