Overall Satisfaction with Box
Box serves the purpose of a cloud backup platform for, storing [day-to-day] files and content we create across my company. It was the file storage solution I used in my previous organization and I found it already in use when I joined my current organization. I have come to trust the level of security [that] Box provides my company, because, in all my years of using it across two different [organizations], there hasn’t been any major security issue experienced, regarding [the] content saved on the Box platform.
- Electronic signature preservation.
- Auto-synchronization across multiple devices.
- Data encryption and overall security of saved content.
- Box lacks a native document editor and this leaves us having to integrate other editors with Box. Of course, it’s never the same experience as with a native in-built editor.
- High level security for saved content.
- Integrations with in-house software applications.
- Automatic file and activity synchronization across all device types.
- Version control.
- Improved collaboration between individuals and teams.
- Better productivity , as a result of Box integration with internal tools.
- File security, of course.
