Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In my organization at the moment, Box is the official medium via which we can access day to day needed files from just about anywhere. I have found it to be secured, easy to use across a variety of platforms and it helps in promoting collaboration between individuals and teams, across my company.

Box provides me and my colleagues in my organization, with top grade file security and end to end data protection for data we share within the Box platform. The aforementioned is obviously the major reason we deployed Box.
Asides the above, Box does a good job as well in aspects such as collaborations, improved productivity via integration with third party applications, electronic signatures amongst other uses.
