Overall Satisfaction with BQE Core

BQE Core is great for all-time tracking and billing tracking. The expense and travel [functions are] also very easy to navigate. The client selection is also very user-friendly, when you type in only one letter every client with that letter populates. BQE Core offers great customer service as well, any issues, and they are solved immediately.

The reason I think BQE Core is better than our previously used system Futuramo Time Tracker. [It is] more cost effective. I feel as though you get a much better product for not much more money. Another thing is I feel as though BQE Core is very advanced and user-friendly compared to others as well.

The BQE Core software is very user friendly in regards to how time is entered as well as the description the employee gives for the work he/she completes. It is also very nifty to be able to put the contract engagements in there as well to compare contract vs actual.
The scenario that is most important when discussing my experience with BQE Core is when I had a client call me via phone and they wanted to know how much time had been spent thus far on their work. I was able to easily select monthly for myself since I am the only employee who works on them, and let them know how many hours I had spent.
