Overall Satisfaction with BQE Core

We use it for Project Management, Time Tracking, Expense Reporting, and Billing/Invoicing. We love all of the webinars that are geared towards different aspects of the business.

  • Track profitability.
  • Track employee utilization rate.
  • Track billable vs. non-billable hours.

Overall, BQE Core's overall usability is very good. It can be used for many different areas in your business to track many different things, such as time and profitability. The only reason that I did not give it a 10 is that sometimes it is a little glitchy when entering your data.
BQE Core overall has really great customer service. Any time that I have had an issue, they were easy to get in touch with and always very helpful in resolving the issue at hand.
It is very useful in tracking employees' time and expenses, as well as project management.
