Overall Satisfaction with BQE Core

We use BQE Core time management, expenses and reporting. This tool is super easy to use and provides reports in different formats. UI is super user friendly and navigation from one tab to another is excellent as well. you can implement as many or as little validation rules as you like. Excellent tool and highly recommend it.

  • Generating reports in different formats is super helpful
  • saving filters is a good feature as well
  • Filters - User should be able to save multiple filters with criteria based on the project
  • Show current or recent projects only when entering time
  • Option to sort projects in the list when entering time
  • ease of use and report generation saves a lot of time
  • Single sign on is an excellent capability
  • Dashboard provides a quick overview which is super helpful
I am a user and was not involved in the decision making. Tool was already in place when I joined. But comparing to other tools I have used in the past, BQE is by far the easiest to use. You do not need any training to start using this tool immediately.

tool is excellent and super easy to use. This tool requires no training. Reports formatting/display is awesome. Dashboard provides a quick overview and navigation is super easy. Auto save feature has been a life saver.
I have never contacted customer support. Tool does not require any support.
I have used BQE Core for time management and expenses only. Tool is super easy to use and generating reports is super easy. This makes tracking project hours/reporting much easier. Auto Save option is excellent as when working on multiple things, it is easy to forget to save data. If you are working on multiple projects, BQE core doesn't give an option to show projects in a certain priority. Filters don't save entered parameters for different projects.
