Overall Satisfaction with Braze

Needed a tool that can send push notifications to our clients. Not only is this function one of Braze's strong points its UI is the easiest we've used. Our marketers were able to learn and deploy push notifications quickly and accurately. In addition, to push notifications, we also leverage the in-app messaging feature within Braze. Which has been very helpful because many of our app downloaders do not initially turn push notifications on immediately. We used in-app messaging to nudge our users to sign up for push notifications and helped grow our push subscribers tremendously.

Braze is a MUCH simpler interface than the Adobe Campaign. However, it is hard to argue that they both have the same functionality. Adobe Campaign is for a MUCH more technical team whereas Braze has a much easier user interface. I would definitely recommend Braze for small to medium-sized customers.

Many of our app downloaders do not initially turn push notifications on. We used the in-app messaging to nudge our users to sign up for push notifications and helped grow our push subscribers tremendously. The campaign creation process is relatively straightforward and easy to pick up. The Customer journey interface allows me and my team to set up dynamic audiences and personalize journeys quickly with their drag and drop interface. I am able to create a customer journey that includes Push, In-app Messaging, and even email all in one simple to use tool!
