Overall Satisfaction with Brightmove
Our organization uses Brightmove across the company. It helps us keep our Candidates, Clients, and Orders organized.
- Great resume parser. Never had a problem parsing a file.
- Great job board included.
- Almost all fields are customizable. Many of the processes are customizable also (reordering, adding, deleting, etc.)
- Very easy to learn.
- It's great that almost all fields are customizable. However, if you are very analytical it can be easy to spend too much time customizing.
- Allows us to spend time talking with Candidates and Clients rather than working on admin tasks.
- Job board is included and we have gotten good candidates from it.
- Parsing resumes saves us so much time!
More affordable, easier to learn, more included features, best resume parser. Job board is very easy and yields good candidates.
