Implementation of Brightpearl was a success from install along with the full training provided. However integration to other systems has yet to be implemented.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use a customer's Brightpearl account to process online orders of which I manage the fulfillment and distribution. The main areas I use are Sales and Products for stock inventories.

Brightpearl is great for processing orders efficiently

Brightpearl is great for managing stock levels

Brightpearl has room for improvement when amending stock levels are required.
Brightpearl has room for improvement for exporting order files
Brightpearl has room for improvement for importing files

Return on Investment

As this is a customer's account I do not know the ROI.

Brightpearl is well suited to new businesses, it is easy to use and quick and efficient in many areas.
