Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We wanted a Teams-integrated communication system that would work both in-office and remotely.
  • Always works!
  • Good and patient customer support.
  • Rarely need customer support.
  • On the management dashboard, some of the information is "jargon-y" and uses acronyms that are not known/explained.
  • Should have a "new user" step-by-step so when I hire someone I can just point them to what and how to set up/personalize their use.
  • The email notifications of voicemails should indicate the length of a message - then I'll know that I don't have to open and listen to the ones that are just a few seconds as people hang up!
  • Teams integration
  • Multi-device (cell phone, computers, desk phones)
  • We saved money over previous VOIP options and got better features, better service.
Saved money - $150 per month; integrated with Teams; better service and support.
