Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Broadvoice to communicate with our customers. We use it on our company phones and also have access to call records and voicemails on b-Hive. b-Hive allows me and other employees to access their voicemails on the computer. I am able to come into work in the morning, read the voicemail transcripts, forward the messages to the appropriate parties, and begin communication between our customers and our employees.

Broadvoice is the perfect program for office management. It provides easy access to call records and voicemails. It is an excellent choice for the office in order to keep communication between customers and the company open. Being able to access call records from my computer constantly comes in handy. When a Sales Representative can't remember the name of someone who called or they forget to ask for their phone number, I am able to go through our records and retrieve that information for them.
