Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice in our organization for the telephone service for all our branches/locations. We are very happy and satisfied with Broadvoice! All the staff/employees/tech support team is awesome, nice, friendly and very professional and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with the phones we are using POLYCOM, we love all the benefits and features the phones offer. We are extremally happy we have Broadvoice as our phone provider!

Since the time we changed to Broadvoice we have been very supported by all their staff members. We can feel the support towards us and our team members. I like the fact that every time I have a question I call the 1800 # and the representative answers almost immediately. The staff is very professional, friendly and know what they are doing. Very happy with Broadvoice!
