Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

This is our phone system; we use it daily for calls, voicemails, etc. We haven't had the system for a full year yet, so still learning as we go. The training was good; however, it's a lot of information in a short amount of time. I still need to review how to set up various messages in the system so that I can pick and choose the appropriate one when needed. I also need to find out how to forward calls to my cell phone when the office is closed for vacation. The system itself has been great! I know there are a lot of features that we aren't using yet, but the more comfortable we get, the more we will incorporate these features.

It has smoothed out issues that we were having with our old phone system. We can have several employees on their phones without interference or cut outs. Using the Park has been great for transferring more efficiently. We like the feature that we can load in spam phone numbers and cut down on our spam calls throughout the day. Obviously, there are always new ones coming in, but blocking the ones that call several times a day is helpful. I believe the messaging system, which we still are setting up, will be very useful to our customers that call the office at various times and us.
