Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice in our organization for our phone systems. We have nine phone lines in our office. The problem I have experienced is the phone line randomly disconnecting and being out of service. When this happens, I have to unplug the ethernet from the phone and plug it back in. This, then, causes an interruption with the internet service shutting down all programs that are up. When the issue was brought up to a Broadvoice technician, they did not take responsibility for the issue and redirected us to our IT team. When we try to get assistance with the issue from our IT team, our IT team and Broadvoice just go back and forth with no resolution. This happens at multiple stations throughout our office.

Evaluating Broadvoice and Competitors
Yes - Broadvoice replaced SolveIT "My Call." We replaced this service when we changed IT teams. I was not involved in the initiation process for broadvoice, but with the change in IT team, we started using broadvoice.
