BrowserStack is a great platform for any test engineering team. Its features and documentation is good enough to get started. Its User interface and user experience is good enough for any new or old engineer to get started easily. They are focussed on continuous improvement and have a good account management team behind it. They quickly followup with organisations to understand what they need and deliver based on requirement.
Test engineers use this during the development phase of features as well as during regression cycle to reduce bugs in production and hence giving the intended ROI. BrowserStack has helped us build a good regression suite as well and with that a code coverage platform.

Its AppLive feature is used across test engineering teams to perform testing on remotely available physical devices. Teams perform compatibility test to look for defects in different OEMs. Other big use case for BrowserStack is Automation. Teams use its AppAutomate feature to run automated tests during regression. AppAutomate has been integrated with our CI/CD pipeline to make it happen. WebLive feature is also used to test and evaluate features in different versions of browser and Mweb. My team uses both AppLive and AppAutomate to evaluate the performance of a mobile app. BrowserStack provides features inside desired capabilities in AppAutomate that lets us read app logs, tweak network etc.
