Overall Satisfaction with Buffer

Currently Buffer is used on a daily basis for scheduling our social media posts across all platforms. Every day my team and I use buffer to create, manage, and publish our social media content on a schedule. We are able to centrally operate our social media plan as a team on a particular schedule.

The price point is very affordable compared to other products that offer more features but charge a lot more. For my entire team, the price point has made it easy to get a good ROI. More than anything, it allows us to do what's necessary. Hootsuite definitely provides more features, but it's not necessarily what I'm looking for. For scheduling posts, it's the most affordable easy-to-use solution.

Everything is very easy to use with Buffer. It works well with my team and is available on multiple platforms. Everything works well and the product is very affordable. All team members can work well together. I'm able to eliminate multiple emails and increase productivity. Since using Buffer, we've increased our social media reach by leaps and bounds.
When we started using Buffer, it was very easy to get going quickly. We've never had to use the support. Connecting the platform to all of the social media platforms was very easy. Getting started with Buffer was quick and I've had no need to use the support throughout the process.
My team and I use Buffer across multiple operating systems and devices. We are always able to work together even if we are not located near each other. I'm able to direct the posts and approve posts from any device. So when we are working putting together our work content for the week, we can have easy access to it.
