Overall Satisfaction with Built for Teams
We use this across our organization to help fill the gaps that our PEO software is missing. The customization that is available in the PTO schedule and the online requests and changes work great for us.
- The ability to create PTO plans that match our policies versus changing our policy to match the software was phenomenal.
- Having quick, easy to access HR information saves us time.
- The calendar view is an easy way to see who is in, who is off, and any milestones.
- Our biggest problem has been integration with other packages. We still have to create or delete users in other systems. It would be nice to have automated integrations with those systems.
- Accurate PTO tracking
- Accurate tracking of employee reviews
- Census and benefit data when getting benefit quotes
Comparable systems. We thought that Built for Teams fit our employee culture better.
