Overall Satisfaction with Bullhorn

We use Bullhorn ATS for application tracking for IT Staffing. It stores resume submissions, contact info, and other data and the interface help in tracking the recruitment process of a candidate, jobs, placements, and related info.

Pros

  • Tracks data.
  • User-friendly.
  • Resume search function.

Cons

  • The new Novo interface requires more clicks than the previous version when viewing data.
  • Storage of resumes & extensive data has helped us build our own database of unique candidates with various skillsets. Our competitors may not have access to the same resources.
It's user-friendly and easy to communicate with team members. The Boolean search function is accurate and the interface is nice.
