Overall Satisfaction with Bullhorn ATS & CRM
Doesn't solve any of my business processes, only used an expensive CV database.
- Storing CV's
- Contracts - auto renewal for 12 months, if notice is not given 60 days before.
- Clunky system, very slow
- Website integration - Need a team of web developers to integrate website
- Boring user interface, makes CRM system a chorr
- Customer service. No one answers the phone. People take 5 days to get back to you on email, you send another reply to that email, you have to wait another 5 days. Outrageous service.
- No account managers or point of contact for customers. No check-ins to see how I am getting on with the system.
- No return on investment. Now paying for 2 CRM systems as Bullhorn auto-renewed without my knowledge, and after I was told on the phone my contract will put on to a rolling contract
