Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Bullhorn is our ATS/CRM. We use it for all our Recruiting and Business development tracking and management.

Pros and Cons

Integration with email
Manages submissions and the placement life cycle well
Easy to use

Worst Customer/Technical Service Support I've ever encountered
They nickel and dime you for every little issue
They blame the customer for issues and then deliberately move slowly to fix problems they created.
Terrible communication
They will overbill you and try to get away with it unless you catch them red handed.

Return on Investment

Bullhorn caused me to take time from my business to manage the issues they created cost me time and placements.
Their entitled employees cause me mental anguish worrying if they will purposely delay solving issues that will cause my business issues because they have done this before.

The product is fine, it is the company employees and how management enables these entitled individuals to mistreat their customers. They will blame the customer for technical issues every time. They hate to take responsibility. They force the customer to be proactive to get any issue solved. They will admonish the customer when they get upset over Bullhorn's incompetency.
