Bullhorn ATS & CRM was implemented to help track our practicum and co-op placements and engagement opportunities with industry members.

Pros and Cons

Integrated CRM and ATS solution
Email integration
Dashboard reporting

requires quite a bit of set up - not very out of the box friendly
parsing was slow and not very correct
relationships requires lots of maintenance and was often incorrect

Return on Investment

the customization was a lot of work and required continual maintainence
ATS and CRM functions are adequate but not for larger companies with many jobs/connections

BambooHR, Lever, UKG Pro and Workday Human Capital Management

Bullhorn ATS & CRM is less capable and rudimentary for out-of-the-box functionalities than the others but comes at a more affordable cost.
