Overall Satisfaction with Bullhorn ATS & CRM

Bullhorn, has provided inaccurate details about applicant/s.
Applicant/s are not given proper relief, usually 30 days
to correct, inaccuracies gathered by and supplied by non-profits.
Non-profit/s, Clearinghouse data, wrong degree/s and dates
remember, the disclaimer, non-profit is not responsible for errors?
That's just the beginning of the errors, applicant/s are not given
the opportunity provide actual documents to correct the errors.

The errors delay hiring, the applicant is flushed, seeking a new
candidate. Applicant/s offer/s are revoked, $150-180k careers,
so who is going to step forward and correct the Bullhorn errors?


  • Well Bullhorn failed to provide portal access to correct errors gathered about applicants
  • Well Bullhorn is not properly mapped to other onboarding system/s
  • Well Bullhorn is fast, yet provides error/s gathered about applicants
  • Bullhorn is mapping to other systems is clunky, applicants complain, yet not fixed
  • Bullhorn portal fails to permit applicant/s ability to correct clearinghouse data errors gathered, so dirty data, is passed to the employer from a source not liable for errors.
  • E. College Clearinghouse - non-profit provides wrong degrees and date/s
  • discrepancies, dirty data is not corrected, and the applicate offer revoked...
  • Applicant/s are not provided the opportunity to show proof -actual degree & dates.
  • Dirty Data on applicant/s, needs to have a way to correct errors, upload the degree etc. when there are discrepancies...dirty data provided by non-profits, not liable for errors.. What if you child was turned down for a dream job, because of dirty data?
  • A single mom, just finished her degree or advancing for the next opportunity is declined because of dirty data about her degree which took her X# of yrs to complete?
  • Bullhorn has delayed hiring, errors, result of providing dirty data gathered from clearinghouse non-profits, neither have liability, yet the applicant/s are unable to correct the dirty data.
  • NON-recommendation, Dirty Data gathered impact applicant/s who are unable to correct the errors, delaying hiring.

Applicant/s should be given access, to review dirty data, and provide a way to upload validation to correct dirty data gathered from clearinghouse and non-profits who are not liable for errors. Bullhorn is not liable either, yet reports dirty data gathered.
Applicant/s rights need to be first before a revocation of offer...
