Overall Satisfaction with Bullhorn Connect (Bond, eRecruit & Tempbuddy)
Bullhorn Connect is primarily used by our recruiting team to keep track of candidates and provide feedback for their pre-screen interviews. We also create job opportunities in Bullhorn in order to group possible candidates by job. There is a small degree of cross-functional collaboration, but for the most part, the recruiting team holds the keys to Bullhorn.
- Organization
- Visibility into past conversations
- Collaboration
- Interface looks a little old
- Integration with Slack
- In-platform messaging (It might have this functionality already. I just never used it if so.)
- Resume database
- Profile creation for candidates
- Opportunity creation for jobs
- Faster turn around time to find candidates
- Better organization to ensure opportunities aren't falling through the cracks
- Fast profile creation with drag and drop resume
I wasn't directly involved in the purchase of Bullhorn, but I know that when I first started on the recruiting team we were trying to run things through Asana and Copper. Asana and Copper were not exactly purpose-built for recruiting and therefore weren't the most efficient tools for us to be using. Bullhorn certainly introduced a level of efficiency that made my job a lot easier.
